This project locates on Zhongshan Road, embraced by four main roads of Ningbo. They are Zhongshan Road in the south, Fuming road in the west, Ningchuan Road in the north and Canghai Road in the east. First phase of the project will cost 150 milliion RMB, and covers an area of 77,766 m2, with a total construction area of about 250,000 m2, of which 180,000 m2 will be constructed on the ground, while 70,000 m2 underground. The project, mainly planned for commercial services, will be defined into twelve main function zones. They are: general merchandise zone, furniture zone, shopping mall zone, restaurants & bars zone, leisure zone, art & exhibition hall, coffee bar, children’s world, commercial street, financial zone, cultural & creative base, and apartment for service. It is planned to introduce in commercial project that covers the field of general merchandise, furniture, shopping mall, and dining. |
