 ◇ Brief Introduction:
This project locates by the southern side of Taoyuan Road, to the east of Wang’ai Road. It combines two phases, first of which includes a commercial center, an office building of 22 stories and a business apartment of 21 stories, second of which is mainly a 20-story five-star hotel. Further more, there are two squares. One of which is an open Civic Square, the other is an inner-gardern-type commercial square that embraced by buildings. Taoyuan road, lies on the north of the project, is one of the main special delicacy block of Jiangdong District that gathers medium and high grades restaurants, and thousands of consumers.
