◇ Brief Introduction:
Ningzhou Urban Industry Zone locates to the south of Xingning Road, to the west of crossroad on South Zhongxing Road, and to the north of the railway. This project, developed by Ningzhou Stock Economic Cooperation, is planned to construct standard plant and business office building, with a total investment amount to 130 million RMB. Divided into two sections, section A for office building and section B for standard plant, this project will help upgrading traditional industry, and optimize the structure of industry.
◇ Specifications:
The total land area covered 28,600 m2, from which 9400 m2 for office building with 21,109 m2 of construction area, and 34319 m2 for standard plant with 33380 m2 of construction area.
